TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern all transactions concluded between SNEAKERS GALLERY and any buyer (hereinafter referred to as "the Customer") making a purchase on the website sneakers-gallery.com. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.

Scope

These T&Cs apply to all sales made via the website sneakers-gallery.com between SNEAKERS GALLERY and any consumer within the meaning of the introductory article of the French Consumer Code. They prevail over any other conditions.

SNEAKERS GALLERY reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. The applicable conditions are those in force on the date the order is placed.

Products

3.1 Description

The items offered for sale are presented on the website sneakers-gallery.com. Each product has a descriptive sheet detailing its main characteristics (description, materials, available sizes, photos).

3.2 Availability

Offers remain valid within the limit of available stock. If an item turns out to be unavailable after the order has been placed, SNEAKERS GALLERY will inform the Customer as quickly as possible and will offer them, at their choice, a product equivalent in quality and price, or a full refund of the amounts paid.

3.3 Visuals

The photographs on the site are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee perfect conformity with the products, particularly with regard to the rendering of colors.

Prices

4.1 Rates

Prices are displayed in euros (€), all taxes included. SNEAKERS GALLERY reserves the right to adjust its prices at any time, it being specified that products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.

4.2 Shipping Costs

Delivery is free for any order placed on sneakers-gallery.com, with no minimum purchase requirement.

Order

5.1 Process

To finalize an order, the Customer must:

Select the desired items and add them to their cart
Check the contents of their cart
Enter their delivery details
Choose their payment method
Validate and confirm their order

5.2 Confirmation

Once the payment is validated, the Customer receives an email summarizing their order (items, price, delivery address). This email constitutes the acceptance of the order by SNEAKERS GALLERY.

5.3 Modification or Cancellation

Any request for modification or cancellation must be sent without delay to contact@sneakers-gallery.com. An order that has already been shipped can no longer be cancelled.

Payment

6.1 Payment Methods

Payment can be made via:

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
Apple Pay

6.2 Security

Transactions are protected by SSL encryption. Customers' bank details are processed directly by our payment provider and are never stored by SNEAKERS GALLERY.

6.3 Invoicing

The Customer's account is debited at the time the order is validated. An invoice is made available in the customer account and/or sent by email following each purchase.

Delivery

7.1 Delivery Area

SNEAKERS GALLERY delivers within metropolitan France.

7.2 Carrier

Orders are shipped via Parcel Post (La Poste).

7.3 Times

Preparation time: orders are processed and shipped within 24 business hours after payment confirmation. Transit time: 4 to 6 business days after shipping, depending on Parcel Post timeframes.

7.4 Free Delivery

Delivery is entirely free, regardless of the order amount.

7.5 Order Tracking

A Parcel Post tracking number is sent to the Customer by email as soon as the order is shipped. They can track their parcel in real time on the Parcel Post website.

7.6 Delayed or Lost Parcel

In the event of a significant delay or a confirmed loss, the Customer is invited to contact customer service at contact@sneakers-gallery.com. SNEAKERS GALLERY will then contact Parcel Post and undertake the necessary steps to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

7.7 Receipt

The Customer must imperatively check the condition of the parcel upon receipt. In the event of visible damage, they are required to issue written reservations to the carrier and to inform SNEAKERS GALLERY within 48 hours of receipt.

Right of Withdrawal

8.1 Period

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of 30 days from the receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide justification or pay a penalty.

SNEAKERS GALLERY grants its customers an extended period of 30 days from receipt for any return or exchange.

8.2 Procedures

To exercise their right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform SNEAKERS GALLERY by email at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, mentioning their order number as well as the items concerned.

8.3 Return of Products

A prepaid return label is included in every parcel. The Customer has no fees to pay upfront: return costs are entirely covered by SNEAKERS GALLERY. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with their original tags still attached. The return must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.

8.4 Refund

Once the returned items have been received and checked, SNEAKERS GALLERY proceeds with the full refund of the order (items + initial delivery costs) within a maximum of 3 days, via the same payment method used at the time of purchase.

Legal Guarantees

The Customer benefits from the following legal guarantees:

9.1 Legal Guarantee of Conformity

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, SNEAKERS GALLERY is required to deliver goods that conform to the contract and is liable for conformity defects existing at the time of delivery. The Customer has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to take action.

9.2 Warranty Against Hidden Defects

In accordance with Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code, SNEAKERS GALLERY is liable for hidden defects affecting the item sold and rendering it unfit for its intended use.

Liability

SNEAKERS GALLERY cannot be held liable for damage resulting from inappropriate use of the product. SNEAKERS GALLERY's liability is in any event limited to the amount of the order concerned.

Consumer Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.616-1 and R.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute with our customer service, the Customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the parties will prioritize an amicable resolution before any legal action. Failing agreement, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of SNEAKERS GALLERY.
