Order tracking
As soon as your order leaves our facility, a Colissimo tracking number is sent to you by email. You can then track your parcel's progress in real time on the Colissimo website.
For any question regarding your delivery, write to us at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, specifying your order number.
Returns and refunds
Would you like to return an item to us?
You have 30 days from the receipt of your parcel. Returns are fully covered: the prepaid Colissimo label is already slipped into your package.
To start the process, write to us at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, mentioning your order number as well as the items you wish to return. Once your return is received, the refund is issued within 3 business days.
Defective item or error in your order
Did you receive a damaged item or one different from what you ordered? Reach us right away at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, sending your order number and a photo of the item concerned. We cover all costs and offer you, depending on your preference, a replacement or a refund, at no cost to you whatsoever.
Modifying or cancelling an order
Any modification or cancellation request must reach us as soon as possible after your purchase is confirmed, by contacting our customer service at contact@sneakers-gallery.com. Once shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible.
