RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

General Principle
SNEAKERS GALLERY wants every purchase made on sneakers-gallery.com to give you complete satisfaction. If an item does not suit you, you have an extended period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to return or exchange it, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a legal period to exercise their right of withdrawal. SNEAKERS GALLERY goes beyond this obligation by granting its customers a period of 30 days from the receipt of the order for any return or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all its original tags still attached. Products must be returned in their original packaging where possible. Any incomplete, damaged, soiled or used item may be subject to a refusal of refund.
How to Make a Return
To initiate a return or an exchange, the Customer must inform SNEAKERS GALLERY by email at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, specifying their order number as well as the items concerned. A prepaid return label is included in every parcel: you therefore have no fees to pay upfront. You simply need to stick the label on the parcel and drop it off at a Chronopost point.
Return Costs
Return costs are entirely covered by SNEAKERS GALLERY. The return is free, with no upfront costs on the part of the Customer.
Exchange
If you wish to exchange an item (different size or model), indicate this in your request sent to contact@sneakers-gallery.com. Subject to the availability of the desired product, we will carry out the exchange as quickly as possible. If the replacement item is no longer available, a full refund will be offered to you.
Refund
Once the returned items have been received and checked, SNEAKERS GALLERY proceeds with the full refund of the order, including the price of the items as well as the initial delivery costs, within a maximum of 3 days. The refund is made via the same payment method used at the time of purchase (bank card or Apple Pay).
Defective or Non-Compliant Product
If you receive a defective, damaged or non-compliant item, contact us without delay at contact@sneakers-gallery.com, attaching a photo of the product concerned if possible. The return costs will be covered by SNEAKERS GALLERY and you will benefit, at your choice, from a replacement or a full refund. You also benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).
Parcel Not Received or Returned to Sender
In the event of a parcel returned to SNEAKERS GALLERY due to the repeated absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, our customer service will contact you in order to arrange a reshipment or a refund.
